Shipping policy
1) Processing times
All orders are processed by us within 2–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays) after receipt of the order. During periods of increased order volume, processing times may occasionally be longer.
2) Shipping method and delivery time
Shipping is climate-neutral via DHL GoGreen. Delivery times are listed on each product page. In-stock items are typically delivered within Germany within 1–2 business days after shipment.
Note: Some items are shipped separately by one of our fulfillment partners. If you order multiple items, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. The applicable delivery time for each item is listed on its product page.
3) Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on weight during the ordering process and are clearly displayed before the order is completed. There are no shipping costs for digital products.

4) Shipping restrictions
Express deliveries are currently not possible. We only offer pickup for participants of our workshops at Hof Emschermündung. Some individually configured products are only available for pickup. Details can be found on the respective product page.
5) Shipment tracking
As soon as your order has been handed over to DHL, you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number.
6) Damaged or lost orders
Please check your package for obvious transport damage upon receipt and, if possible, have this confirmed by the delivery person or refuse to accept the delivery. Compliance with this request is voluntary and has no effect on your statutory warranty rights. We pack our products with great care, but have no influence on the shipping route. However, if you do notice any damage or have not received your order, please contact us by e-mail - we will find a solution as quickly as possible. A brief photo documentation will assist us in processing your request promptly.
7) Delivery to other countries
We currently ship exclusively within Germany. The exception to this is the product "The Dyers' Child INK KIT (US version)," which we also offer to customers in the United States. If you would like your order shipped to another country, please contact us by e-mail. We will review individual shipping options on a case-by-case basis.
