Sun rays consist essentially of visible light, ultraviolet light and infrared radiation.
White, brown and green glass lets all rays through. Black or very dark glass, on the other hand, lets no rays through.
MIRON's violet lenses filter different light frequencies, thereby both protecting and revitalizing natural products and significantly extending their shelf life.
According to scientific studies, MIRON's purple glass has better preservation qualities than other glass, plastic or aluminum packaging. And all without preservatives!
The composition of the glass also contains special minerals that naturally support the nutrients and vital ingredients of a product.
Biophotons are invisible particles of light produced by almost all living cells. More than 40 research groups worldwide are investigating the purpose of these biophotons. There is growing evidence that the supply of biophotons increases vitality, prevents disease, and even slows down the aging process. MIRON glasses protect the biophotonic properties of natural products, prevent the degradation of biophotons, and make preservatives unnecessary.
In a simple test, chives were stored in three different jars for three months, including white, brown, and purple ones. In the white and brown jars, the chives quickly dried out and turned gray. The chives stored in the purple jar retained their fragrance and rich green color.
At first glance, the glasses appear black. The purple color is most visible when looking through one of the walls of the glass or bottle toward a bright light source. Our dropper bottles also include a sample image that makes the purple color more visible.
The threads on both bottles are the same, but the 30ml "Orion" dropper bottle isn't deep enough for the dropper pipette. You could use scissors to cut the spray bottle's tube to the right length for the 30 ml model.
We advise against storing liquid products in our apothecary jars, as liquids are more difficult to pour out of these jars. However, they are ideal for storing dried plants, pigments, and much more.
Yes, MIRON glasses are 100% recyclable.
MIRON Violetglass is more than just a luxurious purple glass - it is a unique, patented special blend of minerals that are combined to create an extraordinary glass. It is the only type of glass that blocks the entire light spectrum while allowing only violet light and UVA/infrared rays to pass through. This special property ensures that the nutrients and vitality of natural, organic ingredients - such as plant colors - are naturally refined and optimally preserved.
