Order form for workshop participants
As a workshop participant, you have the option of entering your order in advance on our order form. You can then hand in the completed form to us at your workshop. We will prepare your order so that you can take it with you immediately after the workshop. This saves you shipping costs.
Please note:
The order form must be submitted to your course instructor in good time on the day of the workshop (usually by 1:00 p.m.) so that we have enough time to prepare your order by the end of the workshop. Alternatively, you are welcome to send us the order form in advance by e-mail.
The order form does not show which items we have in stock and which are currently unavailable. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to deliver all of the items you have selected.
You will, of course, receive an invoice for your order via the order form, which we will send you by email. We can accept orders via the order form up to an amount of $250.
