It helps in cleaning and pretreating metal surfaces.
Priming and mordanting:
It improves the adhesion of paints on wood or canvas.
Stabilization of dyes:
It prevents the fading of organic pigments and protects paints from microbial influences.
Stain removal:
It can help to remove unwanted color traces.

H335: May cause respiratory irritation.
